Private Housing Connections Program

All students, regardless of where they live, have access to the academic and personal support programs and services offered by UW-Madison.

The Private Housing Connections (PHC) Program was developed in Fall 2009 to strengthen the connection and flow of information between the students who choose to live in participating properties and the campus. The program focuses on the unique needs of first-year and transfer students.

Participation is based upon a property's inclusion of a residence life program, as well as other criteria and staff training requirements.

PHC-participating properties are listed below, and are also designated by an icon (UW-Madison Private Housing Connections icon) in the general search results. Click here to see a list of current vacancy information for all participating properties.
