Leases are for a single bedroom that comes furnished with a full-size bed, desk & chair, dresser, and closet. The rest of the space (kitchens, laundry rooms, living & dining rooms, and bathrooms) are shared with the other residents of the apartment. Rent includes high-speed internet & Wi-Fi, water/sewer, and trash/recycling. 

You will also have access to the rest of the building's amenities, including a fitness room and secured indoor bike parking on the lower level, an outdoor terrace, and outdoor moped parking.

Unlike other places, this floor of Alchemy Apartments is provided by a not-for-profit housing group on behalf of a co-ed professional science student organization. We aim to provide housing to students as close to "at-cost" as possible, and we are happy to work with you with flexible lease terms where we can.
