Subletting (Lease Transfer) a private bedroom with private bathroom in a very spacious unit in Monticello Apartments (2beds 2bath in the unit). I am moving to a different city in early February so immediate move-in is available! (Total lease : Feb - June, 4 months). This unit is only available for female (there is another female Ph.D student staying in the other room who's super amazing:) ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
The apartment is located at Sheboygan Avenue which is really convenient, safe, and peaceful area. It is just 5 min walk from Target (You don't have to take wait and take number 2 buses with two full bags of heavy groceries in the winter :)., Hilldale Mall, and has nearby park where I really enjoyed running and working out when the weather's nice!
The bus runs pretty much all the time ( especially the bus stop is right across my unit so it's really convenient in the busy mornings) and I had absolutely no issues attending early morning lectures on campus without having a car. The apartment also has an underground parking as well. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
It was honestly a pure luck that I got this place when I started my undergraduate in UW since Monticello rarely has a unit available. It's tough to get this unit around Fall semester since there's already a lot of people waitlisted. The apartment is especially really great for graduate students / PostDocs or young professionals. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
NOTE) Price is negotiable!///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
NOTE) You'll be signing an official lease transfer with the management so some credit check and proof of income might be needed. You're not staying here under my name. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
NOTE) This unit is a luck incubator! :D Before when I moved in, a Ph.D student was staying with his family for more than 6 years here. Now he's working at Google (not Madison). Also, I got the job that I've always wanted to do after I graduated so this unit is truly a dream incubator if that interests you :)
