The apartment is the upper, larger part of a duplex. It has a spacious kitchen and connected living area. The available bedroom has a large bifold door closet and ceiling fan. There is a large amount of storage in the basement that we share with our downstairs neighbors, and this is also where the coin-op washer/dryer are. We have an attached garage, and though it is too shallow for typical cars, my Smart car fits just fine! If your car is too big to fit in the garage, you can park on the driveway or on the street. Tenants are responsible for taking care of the premises, which includes mowing the lawn, weeding the area around the house, taking the trash and recycling to the curb, and shoveling snow off the driveway (no sidewalks to shovel). We generally split these responsibilities between tenants. Electricity, heat, and internet are not included in the rent. Electricity + heat is typically around $50/person/month, and internet is around $40/person/month through Charter.
