My stay period as a visiting scholar at UW- Madison will end at the end of February and I'll return to Japan, so I would like to find a sub-renter for the rest of this leasing term through the 13 of August, 2017. A luxury high-rise residence Equinox is really conveniently located in thriving downtown Madison (The University of Wisconsin, State Street, Fresh market, Capitol Center Market and Kohl Center are just a short walk away. A bus stop is located in front of the building). There are two elevators in the building and bike parking in the underground heated garage. There is an on-site management office at the entrance, and the representative is very responsive and helpful. This efficiency has an eating bar, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, tons of storage spaces (two large closets, as well as overhead cubbies for more storage) and you can enjoy awesome city views from a balcony. The original rent was $1,195 per month (market price by company), but I would like to discount it to $895/month. I subsidize sub-renter totally $1,650 for 5.5 month as an incentive, because I want to find a sub-renter asap :). The rent includes all utilities, cable and internet.
