This is a very nice, CLEAN, quiet and spacious 2nd floor apartment in a classic eastside two-flat, house. The owners, a husband & wife couple, live below. This means the place is kept up nicely by people who actually *care* for the place. We are also very respectful of our tenants (and can provide references from around the world!).

In-unit washing machine (EnergyStar) and, of course, stove & fridge (all new, all EnergyStar). Bed linens, towels, from the Company Store. Pots, pans, utensils, other kitchen supplies provided. All you'll need is your suitcase.
