Hello, I will be posting my apartment for lease. The start date is negotiable as well. My strongest preference is to move out at the end of June or the beginning of July. The lease is for a 1 bedroom apartment that faces the pool. The floorpan is L. It is ideally located on the third floor (one up from the pool deck, but not so far up that there is a long wait at the elevators). Because the Domain does not allow sublets, you will be taking my unit by signing a new lease agreement with the Domain directly. You will have to undergo a background check and credit history report with them. I have informed the Domain of my decision and have made them aware of the situation. TO MAKE THIS OFFER MORE ENTICING, I AM OFFERING THE FUTURE TENANT $500 TO HELP WITH UTILITIES OR RENT. Note that this credit will be coming from me, not the Domain (I think the Domain is offering future tenants a free month of rent). Please note that the $1328 price would be the average monthly price including a free month and my credit for 12 months. This is the lowest possible rate one can get at the Domain.
