Property Details
I'm looking for a subletter to take my room in a 4 bedroom/2 bath apartment in the Equinox Apartments (409 West Gorham Street). Equinox is a luxury high-rise residence in downtown Madison, conveniently located right next to State Street - and only a short walk away from the Kohl Center & UW-Madison academic buildings. You would be getting the largest and most private bedroom in the apartment which has an adjoining bathroom. The apartment floor plan is attached - see Bedroom C. I'm looking for someone to sublet throughout the Spring semester (January until mid-May) but if you can sublet throughout the summer into August 2013, that would be even better.
