To Share Unit With: 2 Women - You would have your own bedroom, and be sharing the apartment with two great girls. Both are current seniors at UW-Madison; one will be staying in Madison to work after graduation, and the other will be continuing on with student teaching this fall. They are both very clean, courteous, easygoing, and fun roommates, who I will definitely miss living with! If you are interested in meeting them, please contact me.

Furnishings Comment: The only room you would need to furnish would be your personal bedroom. Living room furnished with sofa, futon, coffee table, end table, TV, and bookshelves. Kitchen furnished with microwave, dining room table and chairs, blender, toaster, kitchemaid mixer, coffee maker, and all other kitchen necessities (plates, knives, etc.) Bathroom includes shelving and space for necessary storage.
Utilities Comment: The only utilities we pay for in addition to monthly rent are electricity (usually $10 per person) and high-speed wireless internet ($10 per person). We chose to not purchase cable this academic year, but it is available.
