The bedroom is 11'-4"x12'. At the moment, it is shared by two people quite comfortably. The living room is 11'x15' and is connected to the kitchen that includes a bar. TV and all kitchen appliances are included. The Humbucker on Charter Street is in a very central location to the UW-Madison campus making summer classes and other student neighborhoods a very short walk away. Union South is on the block opposite the building.
