And it's only a 10 minute bike ride/20 minute walk to the UW campus and even shorter commute to Edgewood!

The apartment features French doors, hardwood floors, a gas stove, large living room, an eat-in kitchen, a dishwasher, historic detailing, and plentiful, secure storage and coin-operated laundry in the basement. One of the bedrooms is extra large and features a huge walk in closet. The second bedroom is more normal sized, with a closet right outside the room. There is also a decent sized coat closet in the entry way and a utility closet in the hall outside the unit. There is plenty of natural light and it overlooks a lovely garden area/backyard and has no street-facing windows, so it is quite peaceful. This really is a prime location and a nice apartment! Street parking is always easy to find; there is always a space somewhere in the block right out front.

Rent is $1,300 per month, with wifi and all utilities except electric and gas included. We currently have it split as $700 for the large room and $600 for the normal sized one. If you are interested in only one of the rooms, we would be willing to help you find another roommate to fill the remaining room.

The sublet would start around December 15th, 2013 and would run until August 15th, 2014, with the option to renew after that.
