Apartment 2 - This is a large, home-like apartment with an excellent floor plan. It features hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, large screened in back porch, new kitchens and bathrooms, indoor bicycle parking, laundry, security-controlled entrance, storage locker in building, and an on-premises manager. It is unfurnished and references are required. Pets are not allowed. My wife and I have owned and maintained this building for 49 years. It is in excellent condition. You will not find a nicer apartment for the price.
