I live in an amazing apartment on Williamson St. that the management company justifiably markets as luxury. I love the place so much that I've stayed here for nearly a decade after living several other places in Madison. But, I'm relocating to the Netherlands for work and need to sublet my portion of the apartment.

The apartment is second story, located in the heart of the artsy Willy St. neighborhood near great restaurants and bars: across the street from Ace Hardware, Lazy Jane's cafe, Grampa's pizzeria, next to Ha Long Bay, one block from the Coop for groceries, 1 long block from Mickey's and Weary bars, and the bus stops across the street.

It's a unique place in that it was gutted to the frame and rebuilt so it has modern amenities with the cool angles of an old place, good insulation and thus quiet. It has free in unit washer and drier, two bedrooms and two bath, an office, central heating and AC, a kitchen with dishwasher, parking in the back lot, and an amazing, huge deck, and storage in the basement. I pay a larger portion of the rent than my roommate to get the private office and the parking spot that goes with the place.

I pay 850.00 per month for rent, along with roughly 100.00 for heat/electric, and another 120 for expanded cable and high-speed internet. The lease runs through July 31st, and I need to leave by January 15th. The rent is negotiable. If I can't find someone to take the full amount, I'll take less. I can also explore flat-rating/including some of the utilities, etc.

The apartment is available for the next term, without the roommate. This is a great opportunity to try out the best area of the city in a very nice apartment.
