Furnishings Comment: The bedroom is furnished with a desk, chair, dresser, and lamp. They can easily be stored in the basement if not desired. The living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, end tables, chairs, TV stand, and a lamp. You would need to bring your own bed.
Utilities Comment: Gas and electricity are split evenly among the roommates. Currently, the unit is set up only with Charter internet. Cable is available, but is not set up at this time.
