My boyfriend will be out of town for the academic year, and thus, we would like to rent out our study room and the guest bathroom which was seldom used. My boyfriend will visit every 1.5 months for a long weekend, and I'll be flying out to visit him as well. We are quiet residents who enjoy cooking in our apartment.
